Rental Price
$700.00 per week + a cleaning fee of 50 euros. There is also a $100.00 refundable key deposit.
Conditions
- 50% of the total amount (exclusive of cleaning fee) to secure the booking sent to Roger J. Bass, Continental Place #2402, 2125 First Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121-2120. This amount is non-refundable.
- The balance of the rental price and the $100.00 key deposit is to be sent to Roger to be received no later than one month before arrival or upon receipt of the keys.
All checks must be made in US dollars and should be made payable to owner, Roger J, Bass, and sent to the Continental Place address.- 50 Euros must be left on the kitchen table to pay the cleaner when you leave.
- Immediately after you return, send the keys to Roger and he will issue a $100.00 refund of the key deposit. Please remember that others may be waiting for the keys; your prompt attention to this detail will be very much appreciated.
- Notification. Once you have paid your final payment, email Erika of your arrival time at erika.westerstrom@wanadoo.fr. This helps her assure that everything ready for your arrival. Please time arrivals between 3pm and 8pm. As a courtesy, please notify Erika of any flight changes or delays.
